"Memorandum of a bargin" between Schlichter ("Andrew Sleighter" in the document) and Bucks County commissioners of taxes Joshua Vansant and Everard Foulkes to build bridge over Parkaomin [i.e. Perkiomen] Creek on the Swamp Road near Sellers Tavern, in Rockhill Township. Agreement gives detailed measurements, and description of materials, of the stone bridge to be built. Receipt signed by Schlichter, dated 1794 Dec. 29, for partial payment on verso.
